It’s been revealed that Rose Siggins – who featured on the fourth season of American Horror Story “Freak Show” – has died at just 43 years old. The actress who played the role of ‘Legless Suzi’ on the hit FX series starring Jessica Lange had both of her legs amputated at a very young age. Rose, a mum-of-two also starred in a 2005 documentary based on her life “The Woman with Half a Body” died in Denver, Colorado.
